JUDGE THE CHEATING -Prisoner (08-10588, U.S. Supreme Court) CERT DENIED 2010 Tens of thousands of people have been wrongfully convicted of crimes in America's, now terminally-corrupted criminal justice system. Mostly through the advocacy of innocence projects, staffed by truly "honorable" citizens, hundreds have been taken off of death rows. No accurate figures exist to show how many have been unjustly executed/murdered by the government. Since the public pays the obscene amounts of money to run the country's broken justice system, doesn't anyone wonder how people are being found guilty when they should not be? CHEATING. Police, prosecutors, and judges are lying, violating supposedly-guaranteed Constitutional rights, and committing actual criminal offenses in order to illegally gain many convictions against the poor and powerless. That is how. A huge part of the problem is the result of a fundamental flaw in the American system of justice. The judicial branch of government has become infested with former convict-at-all-costs prosecutors. They have seen that the surest way to gain convictions is through abusing power from the bench while costumed in a black robe. The remaining judges who weren't prosecutors have been, and are being, subjected to peer pressure and intimidated by the Executive Branch. This has resulted in a blurring of the lines and a fatal deterioration of the "checks and balances between the branches of government. Today, it is blatant and has gotten to the point where those judges who aren't actively assisting in violating the rights of poor and powerless defendants are, out of despicable cowardice and dereliction of duty, turning a blind eye to the injustice. This writing is intended to illuminate reality by highlighting a contrast which shows damning proof about the abysmal quality of justice in America today. Barry Bonds, Roger Clemens, Jose Canseco, Marion Jones, Lance Armstrong and others have been suspected of, or found to be, CHEATING by using steroids to gain unfair, illegal advantages in sports. Rightfully so, the CHEATING has drawn the focused scrutiny of law enforcement, the media, and the U.S. Congress. It is not a complicated issue, either; every kid in grade school knows that such CHEATING is simply wrong. WHY, then, haven't there been Congressional hearings, sustained media attention, and legislation enacted to effectively stop CHEATING in criminal prosecutions where the consequences of such CHEATING are exponentially more serious than who wins a game, a medal, or a sports record? Speaking mighty truth to the power of the American public; the government of the self-proclaimed greatest nation on earth should, collectively, possess the courage and integrity to answer that question. And yet we have that shameful, deafening silence proving the smallness and cowardice of a tyrant? "Justice, sir, is the great interest of man on earth. -Daniel Webster. The "original intent of the Constitution's Framers was to "establish justice and to "form a more perfect union. WHY is it, then, over two hundred years later, no high court in the United States has done anything towards putting a decisive and final stop to CHEATING by government personnel in criminal prosecutions? The athletes who've CHEATED by using steroids did not swear supposedly-solemn oaths not to CHEAT. Nor did they place the absurdly inappropriate label of "HONORABLE" in front of their names. Conversely, the police, prosecutors, and judges who CHEAT, or endorse/tolerate CHEATING in criminal cases did swear oaths to support and defend the UNITED STATES CONSTlTUTION which does prohibit CHEATING and is "the supreme law of the land." Whose is the greater sin; the CHEATING athletes, or the oath-sworn CHEATING government personnel whose lack of honor, lack of integrity, and collective cowardice cause such widespread social injustice? Ponder that I.Q. Test question while bearing in mind that there are such things as domestic enemies and traitors. "Solemn oaths and pledges are forgotten as the traitor begins to create his own standards of conduct, ethics, and morality so that he can justify his actions." -General Joseph Stillwell, U.S. Army (1883-1946) "The American legal system has been corrupted almost beyond recognition What is morally right is routinely sacrificed to what is politically expedient." -Federal Judge Edith Jones, (speaking to student members of the Federalist Society of Law at Harvard University) IN CONTEMPT OF COURT, James Samuel Kor -Pr (08-10588, U.S. Supreme Court) JSK 11/21/17 Deleted
