"Jail Bird" I feed the birds everyday thay fly to my window and Perch on its ledge. Sometimes thay sing to me While Im laying in my bunk. One morning I was sitting in my chair and a sparrow landed on the window sill. the chair is less then a foot away. He looks at me, tiny little thing. He tilts his head to the left, tilts his head to the right his little eyes looking into mine. "Peep Peep", he says, "Hello" I return the gesture, then it hits me.
