And considering the fact that Colorado has been a KKK strong hold for generations, the silence & acquiescence of the various people/institutions mentioned above, offers the perfect cover & creates the pluperfect breeding grounds for the KKK itself or other white supremacist groups, or government officials who share the ideology of these groups, to subtly impose the principles of racial hatred & class warfare by unlawfully convicting, imprisoning, & disenfranchising those who are the objects of their scorn & hatred via Colorado's long standing no-indictment felony conviction machination exposed on my website. Consider this, The Denver Post, one of Colorado's major newspapers, has featured stories that revealed that "the Klu Klux Klan has held key government positions in Colorado for generations." For example: The town of Stapleton Colorado is named after Benjamin Stapleton. Benjamin Stapleton was a listed Colorado Klan member who was elected mayor of Denver with KKK support. Its a well known fact that Stapleton was a Klan member. But a town, & if Im not mistaken, a airport that was demolished was named in Stapleton's honor. What does this say about Klan influence in this state & the political climate, & the admiration shown to people like him? Colorado also has a shopping plaza and development area named after Stapleton. I dont have the exact date of Stapleton's tenure, but I think that he was in power sometime between 1916 - 1925. Also, consider this, Canon City Colorado, which is a well known epicenter of the KKK, has at least 6 prisons within its boundaries. You should be able to imagine the faces & the races of those who are over represented within these 6 prisons. Regardless of guilt or innocence, they are held without probable cause/a indictment that establishes a lawful basis. But the fraud of these crony capitalist & racist expands much wider than those 6 prisons. I challenge you to look into the truth with unbiased eyes & you will see the parallel justice system that terrorizes & lynches Colorado's poor with illegitimate felony cases. Years ago, in a report posted on Colorado's Judicial Discipline Commission website, Judge Roxanne E Bailin of Boulder Colorado), asserted that "a parallel justice system, dedicated to conducting legal lynchings exist in most Colorado counties." Of course, Judge Bailin's report does not mention that Colorado's state wide no-indictment imprisonment scan is the nerve center/great driving engine behind the parallel justice system's unlawful & void prosecution of felony cases. Considering that the vast majority of Colorado's felony prosecutions, those initiated against poor & marginalized people, are prosecuted without the necessary indictment, I would not expect Judge Bailin or any other Colorado official to reveal such controversial & revolutionary info to the public. Because exposing the nerve center/great driving force behind Colorado's parallel justice system would reveal a pathway to freedom for those who are unlawfully imprisoned, & it will lead to extensive reparations claims/civil suits against complicit state officials; & it could lead to boycotts of Colorado and/or great media scrunity due to the fact that this state upholds & perpetuates a Ku Klux Klan-esque no-indictment imprisonment scam that Benjamin Stapleton & Nathan Bedford Forest (founder of the Klan) would be elated to see. The KKK & other white supremacist groups have been known to fund parallel justice systems dedicated to conducting legal lynchings. My website exposes this type of system. Also, if you go to cbsdenver.com or thedenderchannel.com, & do a search for local indictments, you will see that several citizens are indicted in Colorado for felonies or less serious crimes. But this is not the norm. To those who are intrested, I can cite a law review that asserts: "Colorado's prosecutors use the grand jury process/system in less than 1 percent of the felony prosecutions initiated across the state." So this means that the vast majority of felony prosecutions initiated against Colorado's poor & marginalized citizens, over 99%, are unlawfully initiated without the necessary indictment. Usually, white government officials, the white middle class, or high profile racketeering or fraud cases involving several defendants, are prosecuted for felonies via indictment. The poor, especially black & brown people, are unlawfully prosecuted for felonies via complaint or information - which is Colorado's parallel justice system's null & void charging process that unlawfully substitutes preliminary hearings for the grand jury process, & complaints/informations are substitutes for the necessary indictment required in felony prosecutions. This is a clear denial of due processes & equal protection of law. This issue is bigger than race. Because just like the KKK would terrorize & murder non black people during the reconstruction & civil rights eras, Colorado's Ku Klux Klan-esque parallel justice system/no-indictment machination unlawfully inflicts coercive violence & "punishment" (false arrest & illicit imprisonment) upon poor & marginalized white people & other non black people. Even though black & brown people are disproportionately imprisoned in America, the issue that Im bringing to your attention has much to do with crony capitalism, elitism, & class warfare.
