Epistle to Incarcerated Wombman
Revolutionary Greetings Sister!
As I reflect on this injustice that you sisters endure, I want to rip the head off every Judge and politician. Those of you who have children I feel your pain, due to your incarceration they're placed in Foster care. Some of you are pregnant and after a painful birth they are placed in Foster care.
The pain you go through is unbearable pigs rape, molest, make sexual gestures and sexual advances towards you. I understand that the system not giving you proper medical treatment, making you pay for Tampons etc.. Sister keep fighting the system and never lose focus on what we are up against. I see so many wombmen behind fences suffering with no form of rehabilitation (despite what pigs put on television).
Most of you are incarcerated due some man allowing you to claim his drug charge(s), murder and petty crimes. Sister the golden keys on the side of the law books are your key's to freedom. Let nothing break you sister stick together and destroy these tyrants.
Wombman can never be free in a country that is not free. You can never be liberated in a country where the institutions that control your lives are oppressive. You can never be free while myn are oppressed, or while this Capitalist-Imperialist government is standing. It is imperative to our struggle that you build a strong black wombman's movement. It is imperative that you, as a Black wombman, talk about the experiences that shaped you; that you assess your strengths and weaknesses and define your own history. It is imperative that you discuss positive ways to teach and socialize your children.
