I am Roy Shiloh Bryant

APWA greetings! First of all, I grant you'al permission to print and publish the following Truth as I acknowledge the same under penalty of perjury and death, as attested to by my signature: Roy Shiloh Bryant. I am Roy Shiloh Bryant, incarcerated at Eastham prison, at 2665-Prison Rd. #1., Lovelady Tx. 75851; In the administrative segregation unit. Here I am fighting for four hundred (400) similarly situated prisoners. We all are confined to 4 1/2 feet by 8 1/2 feet cells (the size of Great Dane dog houses), Twenty four (24) hours per day, Three hundred & twenty five (325) days each year... the other forty (40) days during the year, we are allowed about two (2) hours out of theses "great dane dog houses" each of the forty (40) days, all against court rulings & federal laws. #2) the Cells have no in Cell drinking water (water is passed out to us two (2) or three (3) times per day, depend how thw authorities feel about it. #3) the cells have no tables nor desk, we eat & write on the floor #4) the cell "shelves" are about seven (7) feet above our head; which is a health hazard for us elderly climbing up & down the wall, to get to our personal effects, papers, etc... without steps not a ladder #5) these cells have no mirrors #6) these cells have no inCell air nor do we have any inCell heat (Please note this is: July 2020---this is the 21st Century) #7) the electrical inlets/plugs, that's on the wall are situated five & a half (5 1/2) feet from the floor, most appliance cords are too short, thus we need to stand & hold our appliances while plugged into the plugs/sockets, because we have no table, shelf nor desk to set our appliances on while in use. #8) We are drinking lead & feces in our water, due to water pipes being a hundred (100) years old...destroying our livers & kidneys #9) prisoners are passing out/fainting on three (3) row(s) from the ninety nine (99) degree heat with an index pushing the temperature to hundred & seven (107) degrees.... #10) we have no shower floor mats, entering & exiting the showers, we are slipping & sliding, often while handcuffed behind our back(s). #11) I received a leaked letter: we are being implanted with 2020 Neural Chips without our knowledge nor consent... Roy Shiloh Bryant Please note: I'm diagnosed as a borderline retard but, I'm doing the best I can to fight for self & four hundred (400) other prisoners that can't & won't fight for themselves. On these issues I've filed a civil rights complaint in Lufkin, Tx. Federal court: Bryant vs. Collier 9:19-cv-82 (pro Se); we need help? Someone to negotiate the settlement because most of this stuff was ruled unconstitutional in 1982 but, it has not been enforced thus, a lawyer is sure to get legal fees because on these issues we are sure to win; because all these issues are verified by the institutional video cameras... the film footage show the showers & the inside of the cells. Therefore the state can not prover otherwise... everything in the civil rights complaint are co-signed by the video camera film footage. All we need is a caring lawyer//? Allow me to show how a lawyer money is already made: these cells are about 4 1/2 by 8 1/2 feet, now, I don't know what this equal in square feet but the correctional standard for cell size is 70-Square feet. I don't believe 4 1/2 by 8 1/2 feet equals 70-Square feet!!!??? So, this non-compliance equals a pay day for a lawyer; because on this issue we'll win, this is indisputable. All a judge need do, is look at the film footage or come measure our cell(s). This is Non-Fiction! I realize it maybe hard to believe in this... twenty first century.
