REFORM AND OVERHAUL LEGAL LYNCHING Systemic and Institutional Racism,White Supremacy are protected by the laws of the land.They legitimize hate with hidden agenda's of discriminations inside policies,legislation and laws. That government officials sit in State Capitals and agree to pass into law,legislative bills that are disguised as lawful are prejudice and racial hatred.Laws being designed and targeted to destroy Black Lives!Harsh sentencing schemes-Example Crack Cocaine, A criminal justice system that imposed LIFE WITHOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF PAROLE TO BLACK POOR PEOPLE,a violation of the Constitution against Cruel and Unusual Punishment.And for the same crime a person of wealth receives a lesser sentence with parole. Racist District Attorney's,Defense Attorney's,Police and Judges all work closely together in the black and brown districts over policing our communities arresting us and assaulting us if not killing us.Then we have over charging with the Crime Code that overwhelm the person,no bail.This over charging results into innocent people going to prison out of fear.A plea bargain taken for lesser time,instead of rolling the dice going to trial with a jury-NOT OF YOUR PEERS,who has bias from a racial stereo type. We are now sentenced and sent off to a State Prison to BECOME MODERN DAY SLAVES!To serve the State your duly convicted in,as it clearly states in the 13th Amendment of the United States Constitution- Most State Prisons are located in Rural White Areas-Where the Modern Day Slave faces more overt hatred and racism by the prison employees.These enduring unequivocal racial injustices and many more social,economic,health and educational ills throughout the majority of the African American's way of life!
