A Comprehensive Behavioral Threat Assessment of The European by Asar Imhotep Amen,Ph.D. In order to fully understand the psychopathy of Europeans (particularly males of the 0.01% ruling class) we must formulate. a complete Africological critique of them so as to read, assess, decode and respond to their deleterious behaviors and it's effects upon us, along with the world's nonwhite people in general. In addition,we must organize a systematic effort to evaluate white peoples individual and collective personality in order to fully understand and on some level be able to predict their future behavior. Because history more than verifies the fact that Europeans possess an overwhelming propensity for violent/murderous behavior toward people of color in general, but especially Africans. In an earlier work,written in 1975 by the Ancestor Dr.Bobby E.Wright,entitled, "The Psychopathic Racial Personality Disorder",he stated that "in the relationships of whites with Blacks whites exhibit the behavior of psychopaths and their behavior reflects an underlying biologically transmitted proclivity that is rooted deep in their evolutionary history". Dr.Wright also says,''Mentacide is the ultimate goal of the behavior'! Any cursory examination of history (his story) will bear out,and support, the following "incomparable traits" of the white "race" (Europeans) that Dr.Wright reveals in terms of (1) Predatory behavior toward people and their land, (2) A predilection for senseless destruction of nature and people,and (3) The ability to persuade Blacks to support and protect them against their own interest", The following revelation by Dr.Wright should be deeply understood,and internalized, by all African people. Dr.Wright reveals that, "It is very clear that Europeans have developed a method whose basic purpose is to replace all indigenous cultures with their own...therefore,the Europeans ,without any historical precedent,went forth into the civilized world and began to impose their cultures on others ,mainly through religion,literacy modalities and military force". Said another way,the white man is civilized only because he says he is,and not by any historical standard of practice. Because of his literacy,he has written himself into civilization as though his theories were practice. For him,the theory is an end (and,of course,if we are not careful it will be our end). Most Europeans present as neurotic psychopaths and often suffer extreme fear, anxiety, insecurity and a profound sense of paranoia. In addition, their pathological sense of self-importance (elitism/narcissism) coupled with fear and their parasitic lifestyle often makes a dangerous/lethal combination-it is a fact of human nature that anyone who is both arrogant and fearful is someone to watch out for.We have seen historically how Europeans have put their fear, paternalistic arrogance,and condescending grandiiose notions to work. Reacting to perceived threats,they have adopted a ruthless and warlike posture toward anyone they've considered an enemy,most especially African people (Disporian and Continental). 2 Psychopathic Europeans have historically used charisma, manipulation, intimidation, mass-murder, theft, and rape to control others throughout the world to satisfy their own pathological need for power and global control of all the world's resources. Lacking in conscious and empathy,they take what they want and do as they please,violating social norms and expectations without guilt or remorse. What is missing,in other words,are the very qualities that allow a human being to live in social and spiritual harmony. Europeans are glib and superficially charming,and can be excellent mimics of normal human emotions; most normal appearing Europeans can blend in, undetected, in a variety of surroundings, including political, social, legal religious military and corporate environments. The prototypical European psychopath has deficits or deviances in three areas: (1) interpersonal relationships, (2) emotion, and (3) self-control. Europeans gain satisfaction through antisocial/criminal behavior, and do not experience a sense of shame or remorse for any harm they may have caused others, most especially African people, instead rationalizing the behavior, blaming someone else (usually the victim) or denying it outright. Europeans also lack empathy toward others in general,resulting in tactlessness, insensitivity, and con- temptuousness. All of this belies their tendency to make a good, likable first impression. Historically, psychopathic Europeans have a superficial charm about them, enabled by a willingness to say anything without concern for accuracy or truth (pathological liar). Emotionally shallow also describes their tendency for genuine emotion to be short-lived and egocentric with an overall ice-cold demeanor (sadistic with a god complex). In addition, Europeans also have a markedly distorted sense of the potential consequences of their actions, not only for others, but also themselves (sadistic traits). Typical behavioral traits of psychopathic whites folks: Prideful Arrogant Insecure Paranoid Narcissistic Sexual abnormalities Violent propensities Neurotic Sadistic Sense of entitlement Self-aggrandizment Elitist Paternalistic Fork-tongued Two-faced Extreme anxiety Spells of rage Condescending attitude Conning Highly manipulative Lack of empathy Lack or remorse or guilt Callous My Africological analysis further proposes that the genetic base of European culture can best be described wholistically as the need for power and control. This cardinal proclivity for power and control ultimately seeks to fill the 3 void of spiritual deficiency-profound psychopathology defines the European's natural state of psychospiritual sickness and profound disharmony. In addition what I am also proposing,then,is that the European's (need for global power and control) is essentially evil in nature and expresses itself through Eurocentric cognitions-ideas/thoughts ,behaviors and affective qualities that manifest European nationalism,and ultimately seeks the domination of the planet. European thoughts and beliefs are expressed in such ideals-values and beliefs as dichotomization objectification ,materialism, linearity abstraction, individualism, desacralization, progress ,rationalism,universalism and scientism. Naturally ,white/European supremacy and racialism in general are also clear expressions of European cultural thoughts and beliefs at its core. European cultural actions or manifestations are revealed in their repeated acts of conquering ,enslaving and "saving" humanity,the world,etc. Therefore, European cultural expressions consist of repeated acts of destruction,consumption and expansion ,which manifest themselves behaviorally in terms of global imperialism,technological exploitation,wars of conquest,and religious imposition among other nagative and destructive/genocidal acts. European colonialism and enslavement of Africans (and many others throughout history) stand as just two of innumerable shining examples of these proclivities from their history throughout the world. Consequently,it is natural that Eurocentric institutions,values (or lackthereof) and ideology,aesthetics,self- image and images of others, self-reinforcing behaviors and behaviors toward others constitute the very embodiment of the psychopathic nature of white people. It is now abundantly clear we are facing an implacable enemy whose avowed objective is predatory militaristic white supremacy domination by whatever means and at whatever cost.To believe otherwise makes no historical sense.There are no rules in such a game . Up to this time acceptable long- standing Amerikkkan concepts of "fairplay" must be reconsidered. We must develop effective methods to subvert,sabotage,and destroy our enemies by more clever, more sophisticated,and more effective methods than those used against us for the last four thousand-plus years. In other words,we must disrupt dismantle and defeat predatory militaristic white supremacy domination at all cost because to do otherwise is to invite certain death. Thus,it is literally a war on all fronts for Africans to restructure their world to an African-centered one because the forces of white/Eurasian supremacy domination have a vested interest in Africans remaining in a posture of acquiescence/submission to the domination of the European structured world order. In summary, psychopathic Europeans give the appearance of being very honest and humane,but in reality they do not have any strong commitments except to their own self-interests (i.e., they are immoral,tyranical and self- centered). Hence,they will consistently make commitments that they have no intention of keeping,and will show great indignation and anger when their so- called "integrity" is questioned. In my firm opinion based on thousands of years of history psychopathic white folks can best be described as "intraspecies predators" as nature aptly reminds us that every parasite requires a host. 4 The key to assessing the psychopathic European is to do so Africentrically from an honest intellectual perspective. Since the early 1990s, the Black public intellectual has achieved the status of sanctioned spokesperson for the masses of Africans in America.This spokesperson, highly "educated" and usually male, takes on the role of interpreting and expressing the ideas, values and social activities associated with contemporary African so-called "American" experiences. Black public intellectuals such as Cornell West, Henry Louis Gates, Michael Eric Dyson, Bell Hooks, Kevin Powell, Melisa Harris-perry, Marc Lamont Hill and Ta-Nehsi Coates have proliferated the American intellectual landscape and used their positions to influence how both white and Black people view American "race" relations. Several critical questions surface from observing these phenomena. How does an intellectual become a "sanctioned" spokesperson and who does the sanctioning? Are there certain ideological positions that make an intellectual qualified to receive this Status? If so, how does it limit the possibilities and potential of obtaining a platform to articulate ideas if an intellectuals' theoretical and conceptual approach to Studying race fall outside the sanctioned discourse? Most African-centered intellectuals ideas lack the media exposure afforded to many contemporary public intellectuals. Perhaps,this is because African-centered scholars ideas can not be contained inside the accepted paradigm of how Black intellectuals are expected to operate. We African-centered scholars understand that the role of the intellectual is not to produce scholarship for scholarship's sake but to apply that scholarship to the pertinent issues impacting their people at that particular moment in history. The African-centered intellectual is in a unique situation in that they are in a position to expose the lies of government, to analyze their causes and motives and hidden intentions. In decoding the logic of various strands of racism which are often hidden in plain sight, African-centered intellectuals expose the underlying motives and intentions of global white supremacy. African-centered intellectuals differ from many contemporary popular (negro) intellectuals who tend to exert energy and time explaining Black thought and behavior to white people. African-centered intellectual's conscious and concerted scholarly efforts and intellectual production emphasizes and target Black people as the primary audience. By targeting Black people as our primary audience, African-centered intellectuals are able to be unapologetically Black in our analysis. When discussing the relationship between Black intellectuals and intellectual autonomy, the late sociologist Dr.E.Franklin Frazier noted "Negro intellectuals have failed to achieve any intellectual freedom...it appears that the Negro intellectual is unconscious of the extent to which his thinking is restricted to sterile repetition of the safe and conventional ideas current in American society". Although Black public intellectuals may acquire popularity, some still remain conceptually incarcerated and bound by the intellectual restraints imposed by Western (Eurocentric) scholarship. Unlike the scholar seeking tenure, academic acceptance and mainstream notoriety,the African-centered intellectual is free from fear or concern about the white gaze of academia and the approval or backlash (Blacklash) from white influenced intellectual gatekeepers. Thus African-centered intellectuals escape falling victim to the crisis of the Black (Eurocentrically located) intellectual. We African-centered intellectuals ask in public what most Black intellectuals only think to themselves in private. Why is white supremacy the only functional racism and what function does it serve? How do we recognize racism in instances when it is not overt? What motivates people's racism? And perhaps the most brutally honest question lingering in the minds of Black people that asks why are white people so crazy? In posing these critical questions about whiteness and white people, we African-centered intellectuals position white people on our symbolic couch to be diagnosed on our own African-centered terms. One of the most difficult task of a Black Scholar is to analyze the influence of racism/white supremacy on Black behavior and attitudes,and,at the same time ,escape the almost irresistive protective barrier of Western (Eurocentric) scholarship, "the analysis of the victim." This analysis of the victim methodology (which involves seeing the victim as the cause of his own problems) has been a major "scientific" development of white scientists because it effectively leads away from the cause of Blacks' condition-white pathology. As a result some take the position that the Black masses should not be informed of our truly weak condition for fear of immobilization (a situation which already exists). Others deny that whites have any power over Blacks at all. The confusion is caused by the powerful,yet subtle, white concept of "free will". This concept insist that because people always have choices, they can be held responsible for their behavior. However, Blacks' acceptance of the concept of "free will" obsolves whites of any responsibility for their victims' condition. In fact,whites have developed an effective defense mechanism, "the guilt of the victim". It is so effective that their victims accept their plight as being "God's will". It should be noted that most behavioral scientists attest to the fact that situations can be contrived in a manner that will influence people to engage in self-destructive behavior. Further, once it is determined that such a condition caused the behavior, the focus of attention shifts from the victim to the perpetrator except where Blacks are involved. It is now 2022 and we African-centered intellectuals are choosing to seek and locate the root, form and function of Black people's oppression by focusing on the deep-seated racial pathology of white people because to do anything otherwise makes no historical sense. We choose the road less traveled and along the path it is our goal to spark the minds of the people and equip them with a new per- spective on how to understand the ways of white folk.
