Another day here in the penile system Here it is my 12th year being locked up, for a crime that I had nothing to do that to a lady that I admired and miss to this day. Any way I've been dealing with it till this date, getting the felony murder case (vacated) on appeal, and was told then in 2014 that the next move is to get Exonerated for this murder that there trying to get me to accept and Mrs. barbara ain't never did me no harm to get what happened to her. Any way God hates ugly so every dog has his day, kenneth Ireland, who served 21 years of his life behind these walls for this same case that I'm here for, and the only reason is because they had to compensate him for hold him 21 years and he can't get those younger years back he has to go on from there. I pray 5 times a day and he's always in my prayers. Any way this pizza shop I opened here in the penile system, has got me ready to retire at the age of 57, due to these people not giving me a chance, and I got a Habeas that I'm waiting to go to court for, but they keep on playing games because they know I went Pro-Se and thats when you represent your self, because I don't need no lawyer coming and taking sides, like my Trial Lawyer did. In the begining I was telling her a few Motions to put in and when I said I'd like to Invoke my 5th admendment, she said are you going to fire me, and I let her know that I did not come up here to fire her , I came to build an Defence with my lawyer. But she took sides and there was nothing I could do at that point, I didn't want to have to start all over with another Lawyer, so I went on and tried to work with her. Other than that I'm glad I'm out of cheese that I use for these pizzas, Gives me some time off until tuesday comes and I get my commissarym and thats when it will start again. This covid on the other hand here in this facility when you get it and go to Quarantine, you become an commmodity in here and they get an certain amount for every head that go to Quarantine so theres nothing that I could do about that being in there facility. . I hope every one out there is being safe and avoidiny people who like to just talk alot. theres people who don't like wearing masks but I avoid them to even in here there are people who be playing poker and they try to be gully and all, and not wear there masks and you just got to avoid them, I either be doing my legal work or typing an essay and thats where they don't want to be around that no one does legal work but another Inmate and myself. I just got to keep doing what I'm doing and it keeps me busy, so after the 10 oclock news I'm going to bed. I'm doing part 2 of this Islamic studies course that I started over in Garner C/I where I was for 6 years, and the only reason I went there was to be as close to the Newyork border as posible for my mother who has to come from Newyork to see me, but my brother will take care of that no matter where I'm at and they finally tranfered me to an better facility, garner was mental health, with 3 general blocks for the workers and thats where I was.
