Brief Biography and Other Information I am 51 years old originally from Chicago Illinois the youngest of six children born from 1947-1964. Parents both Hispanic, speak Spanish fluently but none of us kids ever learned. Moved to a south suburb in 1973 called Burnham where I grew up mostly from January 1973 to June 1981. Burnham was and still is a shithole of a town that was very racist and where my views and opinions of life and the world was formed and am currently paying the consequences for. I was a poor student in school mostly due to indifference and lack of interest and relentless bullying, harassment and daily humiliation by the kids in Burnham. I graduated high school in 1982 took a job in security and enlisted in the Marines in 1984 and served two tours until 1991. The service was also a waste of time as I began to hate it almost from day one after seeing signs that it was a mistake. I was assigned and trained as a field radio operator a job I also hated and served in various types of units. I got into trouble in Okinawa and was reduced in rank from a corporal to lance corporal. In hindsight I've come to realize that I am not a leader but am not going to resign myself to being a peon or follower destined to take orders for the rest of my life either. I was sent to Desert Shield Storm in September 1990 but tried to get out of it by trying to exploit my brother's death in Vietnam as an excuse! After Desert Storm I was quite honorably discharged and took another dead end job in security in downtown Chicago from 1991-1997 until my arrest, trial, conviction, death sentence and commutations for a bunch of homicide cases that I had absolutely nothing to do with. But I also learned how truly deceitful and manipulative criminal defense lawyers are. And that they will sell you out and do the minimum of work possible rather than fight for your rights and freedom as well as the truth. !Y justicia para todos! [illegible] the Devil's Advocate! P.S.
