II” “Black August Essay’s” (Entry Nineteen) The “consumer marketing machines” are relentless, once they’ve created a product, merchandise, or service they begin bombarding consumer’s with elaborate programing that makes them excited to buy. It is through this same formula, that (Tools Helping Under Ground Society Inc.) was created. Designing the basic framework of a successful revolutionary-youth movement. Using, the language this generation uses and ‘relates’ to, we redefined what being a ‘thug’ is. Teaching the youth they are contributing to ‘assets’ to their family’s and communities or they are liability’s, burdens. Transforming them into useful ‘Tools’ Helping Under Ground Society’ Inc. (THUGS Inc.). Once the social-movement was set-up, then we could plug in any agenda we wanted. Like so many ‘multi-level marketing’ company’s do. These corporations use this same formula, why can’t we? Because the type of product, service or message doesn’t matter, it’s not the main-focus, the type of ‘structure’ set-up is. But, we needed a real product, service and message too. Inorder, for the formula to work and have legitimacy. Our’s became, ‘T.H.U.G.S Inc.’ by way of the Black Guerilla Family’s guidance using the guiding principal’s and theory’s taught by George Jackson, to form a cadré of well trained re-educated guerilla soldiers, we then created our own products, merchandise, and messages for the youth. Effectively designing an attractive, self-spreading power and revolutionary energy, amongst the youth. Establishing a ‘code of conduct,’ ‘bylaws,’ – ‘constitution’, and ‘chain of command’. Basically a para-military   cadré structure, well organized with an elaborate system of leadership with a program that teaches our new recruits, political navigation, statescraft, revolutionary theorys, gang-history, government, business, martial-arts, hand to hand combat, self-defense, reading/writing, survival skills, expropriation of funds techniques, etc. 2
