S.C.I. WAYMART, Waymart, Pa. 18472 CHRISTMAS - THANKSGIVING ON GOING DISCRIMINATIONS Apparently since my win of grievance #596611, nothing was corrected nor did defendants comply. Defendants even went further by somehow getting the inmate accounting dept. (and others) to take all my monies from Oct., Nov., Dec. 2015, and continuing. This means as well that I continued to work hard on my kitchen job for all these months, yet get NO PAY. Thruout Nov., Dec. and ongoing, I have been denied all commissary purchases, etc.. I cannot not even purchase personal hygiene care products. Further a new CO unlawfully took my cable cord, money is taken out of my account, and I am forced to work for free, no payments at all. Inmate accounting nor defendants had any legal authorized right to do what they have been and continue to do to me (victim/plaintiff). This was further brought to administrative staff attention on 12-17-2015 as I was on my way to work (kitchen) at approx. 3:30 pm.. It appears that it is total blatant discrimination here at Waymart where no rule or procedure is in effect. It appears that certain staff and or departments do and can do whatever they so choose to whomever they choose, without having to be accountable at all. Thus it appears that I (illegally) will not even be allowed to use his own money to celebrate Christmas and cannot even purchase or send my family members and loved ones Christmas cards. Once again, not because I do not work, because I do and have, but because a few parties at Waymart choose to illegally discriminate against me and my family. Thus I must watch all the other inmates celebrate while I am forced to just work as a slave and not have any of the rights, privileges as all the other inmates (even those who do not work). I have sent several requests to inmate accounting, the mail room and recently commissary. To date, NONE have responded. Neville and others have been said to continue retaliations further in the future. No staff now seem to know where my money went that was illegally taken out of my account and over $10,000.00 worth of my property has somehow disappeared (as they did to me a few years ago). It is said that a Lt. Kendricks, Sgt. Spike, unit manager Bicoe and a Deputy DelRosso and others, have knowledge of these matters. Questions are now further being raised/asked, like if this is further a case of Religious discrimination as well. Since I (plaintiff) is Christian. It has been said that they would never do this or anything near this to those of the muslim, indian, or jewish religious faiths. Thus is this Religious Discrimination as well? Is this further age and disability discrimination? I am a disabled senior citizen who is also legally blind and deaf.
