Consolidation; How To Cut Administrative Cost While Maximizing Programs In the past few years International, National, and Local Companies have been down sizing and merging with each other. It not only makes sense to make a company more efficient and cut administration cost by down sizing and merging; it also lowers the production cost while making more money available for Research and Development, Employer Child Care Programs, 401K'S, etc.; while also generating a higher profit margin for the company and it's share holders. Our Law Makers and Government Agencies need to take a lesson from International, National, and local Business; down size and/or merge with other Government Agencies; and save countless Billions of Tax-Dollars each year; that our Government spends on administrative cost. It will also work make available Professionals, and other "Desk Jockey's," that can work in our undeserved communities (The Ghettos) that really need the help. The Billions of Tax-Dollars saved by Consolidation each year can be used to reduce the National Debt, Build New Schools, Hire More Teachers (to reduce their class size, and increase teachers ability to teach); and reduce some of our Tax-Burden so that we can afford to provide our children's basic needs like Health Care, Education, Safe Housing etc. Here are some other needs that can be meet with the money saved by the Consolidation of Government Agencies: * Help to Stabilize our Social Security System (this will guarantee the next generation there benefits). * Provide low and Middle Cost Housing. * To feed our Starving Children, Adults, and Homeless Citizens. * To build Safe Shelters for Victims of Child Abuse, Domestic Violence, and Our Homeless Citizens. * To help this and future generations meet their Physical, Mental, and Spiritual needs. * To teach our citizens about civic responsibility, and remind this Great Nation of our Forefathers struggle to form a Nation that is, "By The-People and For The People." * Give our Citizens back their Pride, Self-Esteem, and Hope for the Future (of This Great Nation). * To give our Citizens the Tools to Rebuild, and to help them self. * There are many other benefits, both short and long term. Why Consolidation of Resources make sense: I want to start off this section with a little history lesson, so please bear with me. In Biblical Times (and ever since then) different Cultures, Monarchs, Churches, Temples, etc.; and their congregations or Citizens; donated their time, money, trade, and/or their trade goods to help the poor, sick, handicapped, elderly, and children. There was no need for Welfare, Social Security, Unemployment Insurance, and many other Programs that our Government provides it's Citizens with our Tax-Dollars. The time has come for our Government to learn a lesson from history. This Great Nation needs to remember "The Boston Tea Party" and what our forefathers fought and died for so that we can have "No Taxation without Representation." We must come together once again to become The Great Nation that our Forefathers fought and died for. They wanted to create a Perfect Nation which we are close to obtain. The Citizens of this Great Nation need to get involved once again, by letting our Politicians know what we need, and stop the fighting between the Democrats and The Republicans. "We The People" need to let them know that we are fed-up, that they must start working together, and help this Nation. This Nation's Politicians must remember first of all that they are Citizens, and elected Representatives of "The People." "We The People" must stop complaining from the sidelines and start getting involved by Voting (that is the only way that things will change). "We The People" must Remember that the first paragraph (Preamble) of "THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES" Clearly Tells Us: "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for a common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America." "We The People" must Remember that according to the First Amendment which clearly tells Us: "Amendment 1 [1791] Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." "We The People" must Remember that according to the 14th. Amendment, Section 1.; "Amendment XIV [1868] Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." "We The People" must Remember that according to the 15th. Amendment, Section 1 .. Amendment XV [1870] Section 1. The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude." "We The People" must Remember that in the 19th. Amendment, Section 1.; "Amendment XIX [1920] Section 1. The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex." "We The People" must Remember that in the 26th. Amendment, Section 1.; "Amendment XXVI [1971] Section 1. The right of citizens of the United States, who are eighteen years of age or older, to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of age." "We the People" must Remember what our Forefathers fought and died for; which is the freedom of religion, and the Freedom to provide for our Children and Families; with minimum or no interference from our Government, etc.. "We The People" must Remember that the right to vote, and have control over our Families, and out Nation’s policies; is every Citizen's Moral, Ethical, Spiritual, and Humane Right, Responsibility, and Duty to God, Country, and Self. Conclusion The media trend, the last few years, is to alert the general public about the misuses of our Tax-Dollars, by our Elected Officials. The media also reports on the Alleged Non-Profit ("Charitable") organizations, with probably with good intentions, spend most of the donations on Alleged Administrative Cost. For that reason and/or greed, fraud, and many other reasons; only a small percentage of the donations actually go to the charity it was intended for. The media has also, in the last few years, exposed Alleged Churches and other Alleged "Religious" organizations that acuminate a great amount of wealth, and build prestigious buildings, and don't do anything for their congregations and/or their communities. This will probably surprise you. Our Government spends billions of our Tax-Dollars fighting "The Inter-Generational Cycle Of Child Abuse And Domestic Violence." The way our Government is helping us, is by forming several Government Agencies, that in turn gives Grants, and funds for Research Projects, to 700 organizations. In reality our Government pays people and organizations to do research, which they use to write books and sell them for profit. How is that helping the people that really need the help? How come, after all the money spent on that Research, the Researchers are allowed to demand large fees ($500.00 a hour) There is more to this, but I want you to think for yourself.
