Constitutional Right

FMWCC NDOC Las Vegas, NV is in violation of my constitutional right to be free of cruel and unusual punishment by allowing me to sit in a dark cell for 14 hours a day for several days now. The facility has electricity so their is no excuse as to why my lite in my cell is off.
Having no light is hazardous! I'm on top bed so I have to climb up and down a ladder to get off my bed. The way that this facility is ran is outrageous and rediculous. I would purchase a "light" lamp, but per warden were not allowed to drop special order forms while were in Unit 7 (BMU).
FMWCC had some kind of power outege and when it was fixed the main areas in the facility had light, but I guess they forgot about Unit 7 cell rooms. Because I guess Unit 7 is of non importance considering that it is "segregation". Unit 7 has little windows to allow light to come in from outside, but when the sun goes down it becomes pitch black in my cell.
I should not have to live in fear of falling while coming down my ladder at night. The problem with the light timer needs to be fixed in the cell rooms in Unit 7. This is crazy!!!!
Please do not send this back to me
