Box 730 Polkton, N.C. 28463 Every Disfranchised Person Has Rights Under Voting Rights Act of 1965 Just because you are an incarcerated person or disfranchised does not mean you cannot be supportive in the primaries and general elections. The Voting Rights Act of 1965 has a Section II (b.) In this section it clearly states that: No person acting under color of law or otherwise shall intimidate, threaten, or coerce or attempt to intimidate threaten, or coerce any person aiding any person to vote. Basically this is saying: Nobody can stop you from advocating, campaigning, or educating voting processes and supporting your favorite candidate. I am an incarcerated person and the Minister of Self-Defense of North Carolina 3rd Party Black Panthers. Our main goal is running voter’s education registration, and orientation campaigns amongst other things to bring intelligence to failing communities. I took extra pre-caution not to violate the laws that govern the Voter’s Rights Act of 1965. From January 14, 2014 up to November 2014 general elections, 3rd Party Black Panther Unelectable Ministers disseminated over 40,000 fliers with the correct voters registration and Political Cartoons designed and signed by me. So if anything was in-correct, I was to be held responsible for my work in the revamping and foundation of this party. Our work was such a success, others tried to mimic what we did. On Monday September 29, 2014 The Charlotte Observer Newspaper printed an article about the National Conservative Group “Americans for Prosperity” sending out incorrect voter registration information that included what was dubbed an official voter registration form. But was said to be fraught with errors and conflicting information including the dead line to register, who to send registration information to, and who answers queries about voter information. On October 23, 2014 The Charlotte Observer printed another article “Flier has background photo of lynching.” In this article it explains how someone put fliers on the windshield of cars at a Fayetteville church that included a background photo of a lynching. It read “Kay Hagan doesn’t win Obama impeachment will began! Vote in 2014.” Republicans and Democrats deny knowing anything about the fliers. The fliers did not endorse any candidate and said it was paid for by Concerned Citizens of Cumberland County. So we have the National Conservative Group “Americans for Prosperity” sending out misinformation about voting. Then we have a paid describer group “Concerned citizens of Cumberland County sending out unintelligible fliers. Although I am in prison, I am politically conscious and a force that has the drive to stop mental deterioration in our communities. Our most powerful weapon is human thought. We must stock pile our analytical arsenal with rationality. I am proud of my work. To do the un thought of. To set trends in the foot steps of legendary leaders making their wrongs into rights. Although my work is obviously troubling someone. As you can see from what I have written. I will not let that stop my political advocacy. It is not about the individual color or their party etc., it’s about who is better capable of serving the public in whatever public office they are running for. 3rd Party Black Panther’s are voting educator’s. There is one word to define this party,”Independent” If a 3rd Party Black Panther Minister of Candidacy runs for office, he/she should run as an independent. If a 3rd Party Black Panther register to vote let it be as an independent. Benjamin Brown journalist for “North Carolina Insider” wrote an article titled: “N.C. sees rise in unaffiliated voters.” He opened this article with a very surprising statistical revelation, I quote: Unaffiliated voters now outnumber those registered as members of one of the two major parties in more then half of North Carolina: unquote. In the U.S.A Today “Letters” a writer from “Tucson” by the name of James W. Morrison wrote a letter in response to U.S.A Today’s article “Third Parties see vote totals erode.” The writer states that 3rd Parties are confused by the number of people registering to vote as independents and a decline in votes case for 3rd Parties or independents in 2014 midterms. I think Mr. Morrison fails to understand that 3rd parties are the new independents. Although political entities could be considered different, they are viewed pretty much as being the same. Since 1832 up until 2004 there has only been four independents out of 17 comparing 3rd Parties running for Presidential Campaigns. Only two of those independent had second titles other then Independents for Campaign representation. They are George C. Wallace who ran for president in 1958 as a “American Independent” and Ralph Nader 2000, 2004 presidential nomination as a “Green Independent” Third Party Black Panthers advocate independent registration. 3rd Party Black Panthers represent whoever is better capable of serving the american people. No matter if you are black, white, purple, green, republican democrat, 3rd Party, or independent, etc., we want a commander and chief, as well as elected official with the mental stability to run this country bravely, rationally, and equally. We want an All American Hero. Willie Worley Jr.
