Hello, and I hope this

NO TITLE Please post 7/13/2018 Dear American Prison Writing Archive, Hello, and I hope this correspondence finds you well! About a month(*) ago I responded to your institution by mail, regarding non-fiction related to the prison system, (corruption) + (firsthand) experience (Mark W. Stiles Unit). About 1 week later I was uprooted from my college degree program, shipped to a distant unit without a colleague, + on the way there, I was assaulted. Upon reporting the assault, utilizing the "safe-prisons" program—I was written a major case for "causing a disturbance," despite confirmation, and corrective actions now pending due to my safety risks/jeopardy. I am not a troublemaker, as far as my behavior. I feel that these happenings are a direct result of my writings; to several entities including (APWA) yours, + utilization of the offender grievance policy—Retaliation! I am trying to write my novel; but, most of my time is spent attempting to combat T.D.C.J + their corruption/rehabilitating notions; I'd like to write about this, but to someone who will—actually assist in fixing the situation,—it seems that not too many people care about what happens in prison until unfortunately, one day—it affects them. This shouldn't have to happen!! • I need an advocate—desperately! • List of editors/publishers who entertain my non-fiction accounts,—law enforcement—something, please! • And, a list of used book stores that cater to Texas prisons please! • Address to the Marine Corps League, Lake Jackson, TX chpt. If you will notice, the previous page is dated the 13th; this is because the staff here at this unit is refusing me the right to seal my mailing correspondence. It's pretty much the same type of game here, just different tactics, + playing in regard to the M.W. Stiles Unit, that I wrote about in our initial contact. • I was served, + found guilty of another bogus charge written by the law librarian that also picks up + works with grievance investigations. Conflict of interests! This is not in her job description. She, upon reviewing the grievance I wrote regarding her incompetence, regarding bringing requested law library materials to my segregated location—retaliated by writing me a major curse for "sexual misconduct" (says I called her bitch), "Wow! I never have, + still don't get down like that!" • I have a gaping, infected hole in my tooth, which by policy qualifies as emergent care—they refuse treatment via their own written policy, grieved issues, still in pain! • During the reposted assault I was kicked on the head etc. Vision is a blur, head + face, neck/back ache—I'm given "Ibuprofen", that is in totality their remedy for resolution, and relief. Grieved, to no avail. In short, I am in transit status, pending transfer due to the validation of my offender protection investigation due to the assault that occurred, in transit to that location. Mind you, I was at the prior unit (Stiles) for safety issues—moved due to my acting within my rights, to utilize grievance procedures, and petition courts, etc, without fear of retaliation! I am being held in administrative segregation + being bombarded, and harassed with major disciplinary cases to minimize their lack of appropriate action regarding the assault, congress, + utilization of the offender grievance procedure. These cases jeopardize my safety further as it endangers my life by surrounding me with other offenders that have little or no respect for human life other than their own, and this I believe, is their goal, further endangering my life. I have been requesting safe prisons, prea, life endangerment officers + paperwork to file for over a week this time, no response yet—retaliation—+ reckless endangerment. Please feel free to share my story (work) with anyone that may benefit, or may offer assistance. I am alone without advocacy, and they are exploiting this fact. • I would love to hear more details about your school, + your goals, + mission of the APWA. • Info on cost of copyright, and patenting works + intellectual properties. • Look I am in dire need of contacting someone that could possibly help me.
