Jessica Chambers It's not the Masked Singer 5-9-20 FMWCC Las Vegas, NV on 5-9-20 The only thing consistint about this facility is the inconsistincey! That is the headline of the day every day for the staff and c/o's at this facility. On my way to breakfest today I encountered a c/o once again not wearing a mask while within less than 6 ft from inmates. Also no hand sanitizer was being issued. This officer was clearly in violation of a direct order, not once but twice. Every day sience covid-19 has taken place I'v been living in fear of my life of possiably catching covid-19 because c/o's don't want to wear their mask because they think they can do whatever they want and they are above the law. I understand more then ever now that some of the c/o's don't value their life and sure in the hell don't value inmates life because they can't follow a simple rule of wearing their mask. As I arrived at culinary this morning, lord and behold right before my eye's was a female officer standing next to the food service window without a mask. At this point I had a critical choice to make. Do I get my food and possiably have it be my last meal or do I take the long way around and run out the door. This is out of control. Anytime that I have to eat, attend appointment or go to yard, I ask myself do you think you can complet this task without contracting covid-19. I have no other choice but to take a stand and be brave on my appointment days because if I don't attend I'll be recieving a (NOC) notice of charges (G14) Failure to Program. Last but not lest if my correspondence comes to an end please assume the worst. Retaliation has took a stand and I'v been taken to the hole.
