Box 730 Tabor City, N.C. 28463 Title: Lets Clear The Air There has been a lot of stereotypical propaganda in the air, designed by "right-Wing republican prison personnel". They have been recruited by none other than, "Somebody I pissed off in high places". At least this is what they tell me. These "right-wing prison guard extremist" has complicated my conditions of confinement to the degree of criminal intent. All because of my 3rd party black panther advocacy. They have tried to develop a profile that is crippling to the designs of my work. Right-wing prison guards want prisoners to be habitual victims of their methods and techniques of dehumanization. They want prisoners to feel stigmatized at all times. Loving what they do, and hating who they are. They view me differently. Not because I am better than the next prisoner. It is because I complicate the simplicity of their hypnotic corruption. I expose their social derangement to the whole nation. Letting ever one see how they use the art of promoting recidivism. For this deed, they extended their antagonisms, irrationality, psychosis, and neurosis. They gave me 6 months in solitary confinement for a prison guard trying to assault me, and claimed I assaulted him. If that wasn't bad enough, the prison had him take out a warrant for simple assault which I plead not guilty to and received 75 more days added to my sentence. While in solitary confinement the right-wingers continued to display their explicit and conscious racial hospitality. Two times my juice smell fowl at feeding time. One day my lunch tasted non-digestible I had to spit it out. I was given lotion on three different occasions that had glass shards in it. Luckily I was able to detect it before putting it on my face. Each of these incidents happened while I was in solitary confinement. A Caucasian prisoner who slept beside me explained it to me like this. He said, white people view the black panther party like black people view the klu klux klan. Not to disrespect anyone, but that is down right wrong. I never seen a African American Klansman, but I've seen many Caucasian black panther members. I have two in the N.C. chapter, and expect many more to fill the electable and unelectable positions across the state. It is a proven fact that people fear what they don't understand, and reject change. North Carolina prison personnel are so used to manipulating situations that when they are faced with an unfamiliar issue they grow alarmed. I don't favor democrats over republicans. It's not about the party it is about the candidates ability to serve the people. Like GOP senator Rand Paul, in whom I enjoy calling "Paul Rand". I think he is the more rational candidate to lead the republican party in the primaries for the U.S. president. His promotion for full voting rights to felons, says a lot about his character and ability to use reason. He is not the only one that feels that voting restoration is a good move. It appears to be the talk of the lawmakers. I respect a lot of republican public official as well as democrats. What I don't respect is public officials using prison guards to attack prisoners because of their political views, and efforts of self-rehabilitation programs. You know who you are. You can't stop what has clearly already made a good imprint on American politics. Prisoners are simply exercising their rights that has a constitutional protection stamp on it. Not to mention North Carolina general statute and North Carolina prison policy & procedures manual chapter A, section .0200 Conduct of Employees (E.)(I.) discrimination, harassment, and racial issues. This section clearly states no decision regarding rehabilitative programs will be made on the basis of race, creed, color, or national origin, sex, disability or "political views". When prison employees for the division of prisons in this state fail to be individuals of sound moral character they are displaying impeachable conduct. When they neglect to firmly establish authority, trust of prisoners and the public they violate their own conditions of continued employment. To put it very plainly. State and Federal laws prohibit prison personnel from imposing rules and regulations on prisoners rights. The cure for the disease of corruption and inappropriate departmental practices that plaques North Carolina prison system in quite simple. Prescribe impeachment antibiotic treatment. I promise that tainted staff will began to clear up.
