Date: 4-20-2020 Hello; If the Coronavirus-19 gets into the prison system of the U.S. they could have the possibility of becoming Death Traps for people (inmates) over 50 years old with breathing problems... The medicinal care/treatment in Kentucky's prison system is poor and that has the possibility of alot of people (inmates) over 50 with breathing problems of dying and some of Kentucky's prisons doesn't have anywhere to put people if they get it as well as some of Kentucky's prisons are not testing inmates for the Coronavirus-19...
