Prison-ers Lives Matter C/O Mule Creek State Prison We all did a crime to come to prison, we was told to rehabilitate ourselves by enrolling into self help groups, stay away from trouble, program etc..... What "if" I told you that the C/O's, Sgt, Lt's, have a hand's on program, they gang bang harder the blood's or crip's, north, and south white etc........ Prisoner lives matter: While doing time I should not have to watch my back, becuz a c/o might place something aint mine on me, or have a inmate I never met snake me, and the C/Os looking from across the yard. As I watch the news, I see a march, now it's Mr. Clark of Sacramento, CA shot 20 time's that's what we call over kill. Prison-er lives matter: even if I don't have no, addresses, to any of my family, nor friend's while I am in prison, nor any phone no# my life matter, even if I am out spoken about my views on prison life, and those that should be watching over us. They play big me, little you. These so-call watch-ers are more criminal then us inmates, the rules and regulations states, no inmate should be hit in the head, or neck area, if you go on line to Mule Creek State Prison and look up how many in mate's got beat by a stick by a "c/o or sgt" you would be shocked. I can get in a fight with a inmate, have no injurys, but I do not stop becuz I did not hear the c/o, he run up and hit me in the back of my head with the stick, bust my head open, new I got to go to C.T.C. to get treatment. That is not the way Sacramento made the rules. Prison-ers Lives Matter: case in point in 2015 a 35 year old mentally ill inmate Joseph Duran was killed by a c/o. This is how on Sept 6, 2013 Duran, came from Corcan State Prison, he was place on chronic care. He held the cell food port with is hands, keep in mind, he had a tracheotomy due to a injury, well the c/o pepper-sprayed him in his cell he never got medical care, he was left in his cell he died, becuz his next of kin update was not done, his family address was no good, so he was cremated 17 months later a Sacramento Bee staff went to speak with the family of Duran, they never knew, attached is a copy of this first hand information is attached to this peace. Prison-ers live matters: To the point we are under the gun in prison "if" we speak to loud we would get a beat down, I was black life matter before the movement, I was prisoner life matter before I knew it matter (1990). Very outspoken on what I've seen, for a fight I watched a dude get his brain's blown out. I saw a dude get shot in his leg got blown off for a cell fight. No warning use to really mean something, c/o's can get away with murder still, just like the streets, unless a officer kills a baby, he will not go to jail same with these c/o's they make Sgt. after they beat you with a stick. They get responsibility. Prison-er Lives Matter: That's why family that know they have family in prison need to check in with them, thing's are happening to us prisoners every day we need help, and we need support. To arrest a officer, or c/o the public would lose respect for the law, so the court's and D.A's office turn a blind eye to the truth go to a court room and look at justice. She got a blindfold on, with a scale. What kinda message is that " you go where you see fit," your truth is how much it's worth, people can't get mad that the law, the way they mistreat us, we can march, we can say it aint right at the end of the day, we are wasting our time, they always right we are wrong. What we got to do is a better job at showing them they are wrong. The way we do that is, is make laws, people are law makers, you bring it up, we will get it pass. Prison-er lives matter: For years, and years the officers has had us fighting, killing each other, for no reason, on some racial type stuff, now we band together to say our lives matter and we are together against you. We will do whatever it takes writs to the court, letter's to the streets, to leak the wrong your doing not only to me but to us. O by the way you did not know we are one we can't break we are on some George Jackson type stuff, we woke up never to sleep that long, that was the old way, it's 2018. Prison-ers lives matter: We know it will take a bill to stop the corruption of CDCR staff. As long as we know are lives matter - we will be safe til the day we are free.
