on File @ Davy Whitecell 8-5-20 RE: lier's and false witnessing So I just recieved a letter from the Public Defender's office seems one of the witnesses for the prosecution was arrested for violation of Penal Code section 4573.9 in Los Angeles County Superior Court I also recieved a letter from the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office Prison Crimes Unit stating that case #[redacted] the conduct at issue in that case occurred before her testimony in my case in #[redacted] well I cant say much other then the biggest lie won the case against me seems things are already starting to prove the innocent oh yea that code #4573.9 states it is punishable by imprisonment for 2, four or six years for any person other than a person held in custody to furnish ect. or offer to furnish ect. any controlled substance to a prison inmate. Funny how God works. I rest my case seems to be no wonder things can change over night while the public defender in his letter states how this may be a chance to overturn my verdict against me he warns me it's to early into the investigation 2) Well if they would have done their homework the first time around I would have been home by now God willing soon enough well I wanted you all to see that that bitch and her girlfriend's set me up they in layman terms plotted against me. I don't want to make this a rant. I’ll leave you all with this Romans 13:9 you shall not bear false witness. He He He! God bless and carry on. Respect's Yours very truely Davy Whitecell P.S. oh and that banana went ripe in 5 days. So much for intelligence.
