"Dirty Laundry" exist as evidence of the violations in Whitehouse Investigation number as declared by Federal Judge Jennifer L. Thurston of the multiple violations with signed declarations of violations by CDCR that still exist as facts. The Fresno Federal Court received these signed statements of facts still recorded as exhibits as CDCR's own findings of violating the laws of the U.S. Constitution, public record in the same case to be weighed by the 9th Cir. Court under DeNovo Review as a mandate of law. The same Judge dismissed these illegal acts identified as committed by the defendants, violations declared to be "Dirty Laundry" upon private out of court communications with the defendants without any required court process before the action was to be filed. This evidence of participation by the defendants in case number is recorded upon these public records dismissed after declared to be violations, the only definition of "Dirty Laundry ". No required actions of a federal crime reported against officers or a public official has taken place in over 8 years upon being reported to multiple law oversight agencies.
