By: Jessica Chambers The Peacekeeper 12-17-19 "Never remove another inmate from a arguement" On 01-06-2019 at NDOC FMWCC in Las Vegas, NV I was walking back from Dinner to my POD in the Drug and Alcohol rehabilitation "STARS" Program, when the POD door suddenly slamed on me and locked me outside. The girl who was walking in front of me apparently had no respect for the other inmates trying to get back in the POD. I knoced on the door and got the girls attention to ask the officer to buzz open the door. I got her attention all right because when the door opened and I came walking thru I was approched by a screaming lunitic "The Girl" yelling at the top of her lungs because from what my understanding was is that she didn't like the way I asked her to have the officer open the door. I didn't react to her or respond to her. I just stood their in shock. Then when she walked away I made my way to my bed. Before I even made it to my bed, she decided to come back for a second round and I continued to walk to my bed saying to her "I don't know if your having a bad day, but I didn't do it." My friend then starts argueing with the girl, assuming that she was helping the situation and only made it worse. The girl was now towering over my friend and looked like she was about to swing on my friend at any moment. I walked over to my friend and told her to go back to her bed and the girl walked away. About 3 minutes later 6 or more officers arrived and one officer was screaming "everybody down on the ground!" Then the another officer was asking "who are the 2 inmates, that were involved?" Because they didn't notice anything going on until The girl was towering over my friend and becoming more aggressive. The officer c/o Doytcheva was questioned and could not identify who was involved. But the STARS inmates sure could of and did. It reminded me of that commercial where their were three dogs involved and the one in the back had urinated on the carpet and when the owner came walking in and says "who did it?" the two in the front slowly turn their heads and look at the one in the back. Well that's how I felt when I was pointed out. I then stood up along with the 2 other inmates, questioned and handcuffed. As I'm handcuffed by the orders of SCO Day, I start saying "Why am I being handcuffed, I just told you what happened, I didn't do anything, what's going on?" the officer said "Tell that to them when you get there." Then I asked where am I going"? The officer responds "to medical to be checked out". I then said "to medical to be checked out for what exactly, nobody touched anybody!" After being evaluated in medical for no contact, I was then rushed to the Hole - unit 4 - segregation. While sitting in my room, my door feeding slot opens, which my previous unit did not have. A Administrative segregation notice of classification Hearing was shoved through the feeding slot by a Sgt. that read me my charge and told me to sign on the line. I then asked, "What's a MJ2?". The Sgt. says, " It's a major charge for assault and Battery." I said I didn't assault or Batterize anybody." I then asked her, "what happens now." The Sgt sad "you will go to your hearing on Tuesday 1-8-19." On 1-8-19 a c/o came to my door and told me to come to the door so she can handcuff me and walk me over to FCC "Full Classification Commitee," so I could speak in front of the warden and state what happened. As I walk in, Warden Oliver says "so you must be the perfect one." I then said as a matter of fact I am." Keep in mind that for the time that I spent in unit 4 no shower was made available to me so the oroma that I'm smelling unfortunately was me. As I sat there calmly, woundering if their smelling the same thing I am. I start explaining what happened and once I was finished, the warden says "She can go to unit 7", the BMU, Behavioral Management Unit, which is still segregation. On 1-20-19 SCO Douglas came to my door and called me out to read me my write up. My new charge was now a G6 which is Fighting. I never fought anybody, ever. But because I didn't know any better, I was convienced by SCO Douglas that a G6 is better then having a MJ2. So I signed the paper recieving a 10 day canteen loss for something I didn't even do. Shortly after that, case worker groover came to my door and said Chambers roll your stuff up your going to level 2, which is general population. After being in GP for I don't know how long I recieved my KITE back requesting to go back to my STARS program with a response of you cannot go back to STARS because you have instatutional violence and have to be 6 months write up free. So this is only the beginning and never the end of the incompitent staff of NDOC FMWCC. Please do not send this essay back to me. Thank you, Chambers, Jessica
