"The Stress of this Place" Pt. 6 Dealing with the stress of this place Is like running a long, hard, loosing race All I have to look forward to is the next meal Then hours of setting or laying on the cold steel There are few alternatives other than that And once again the state movie is straight whack But there are all types of programs that seem unattractive With some intramural sports mixed in to keep me active But there are also many many rules of all sorts Waiting to find you guilty in D.R. court With the CERT team always ready to administer some hurt I'm detail ready but they refuse to let me work And on top of that I still don't have a date And on top of that I want to choke my roommate So I guess I'm still in need of this system correction But from 9:00 to 16:30 I'm ready for their inspections And that's five days a week without any incentive Except some hollow promises passed down by the dorm representative So I might need something sharp to cut through the chase...... Or at least to disconnect me from the stress of this place The Wordist - WAM
