1 The True Nature of the Corporate, For-Profit, so-called “Justice System” It’s really not the prisons themselves that profit from mass incarceration. It is the court system. It begins from the day we were born and our mothers signed the fraudulent contract that is called a Birth Certificate. They (the corporate government) created a Trust Fund under your name. This name is only a name on paper - not you the living human being. They base it’s worth on our tax paying potential, which is based on our health and life expectancies. The law we are under is called Admiralty Law - the Law of the Sea. The deceptive and fraudulent legalese they use is very cunning. We are “born” through our mothership's canal, bore through the waters and delivered to the docks and the ship is berthed = birthed. Us in jails and prisons are in-mates aboard the slaveship. We are “shipped” and handled from jail to prison to prison. etc. That’s background that is important for you to understand so that you can 2 understand the following. Our courts are commercial/commerce courts. They have no jurisdiction over living breathing Americans - only over a name, nothing more. But - once you contract with them you are trapped. As soon as you give your name to the court when asked: “Please state your name for the court,” you were giving consent and had contracted with them - without disclosure which is fraud. Our courts operate under the “Color of Law”. The definition is: when a state or local government official is carrying out his job, or acting like he is carrying out his job. That pretty much says it all. Basically they are acting like they’re police, politicians, judges, etc. Our name is an artificial person. “Person” = “Corporation”. That is it’s legal definition! Here’s a Supreme Court Ruling: “Inasmuch as every government is an artificial person, an abstraction, and a creature of the mind only, a government can interface only with other artificial persons. The imaginary, having neither actuality nor substance, is foreclosed from creating and attaining parity with the tangible. The creating and attaining parity with the tangible. The legal manifestation of this is that no government, as well as any agency, aspect, court, etc. can concern itself with any other than corporate, artificial persons, and the contracts between them," S.C.R. 1795, (3U554; 1 L.Ed) 3 What this means is that the courts can only concern themselves with your CH name, which is the artificial person. The court cannot gain jurisdiction over you, the human being, without you answering with your name/artificial person and creating a contract between them (your name and the court - two artificial persons interacting/interfacing). Here’s where the money - real money - comes into play. They create a C.U.S.I.P number out of your Trust, (your name’s Trust), and the judge or your court appointed lawyer signs “your” name to the judgment order, which was used to create a “Bond”, which became a “Security”, which was “bundled” with a lot of other C.U.S.I.P numbers to be sold on the stock market. They make billions - literally. A friend at another prison showed me his court documents where he’d went through the process to become a Secured Party Creditor, which allowed him to regain control of his Trust Fund that the government created from the fraudulent Birth Certificate. They owe him $66,000+ dollars. Most of the “bundles” mentioned above are 99 plus or minus case. Do the math. 99x66,000! That’s $6,534,000+ Dollars!!! 4 That is where the money is made. And this is relevant to prison because it’s the only reason for the existence of the Prison Industrial Complex and mass incarceration. And it’s all fraud. The CUSIP# fiasco is called commercial securities fraud. Talk about the RICO Act! These officials in the courts, jails, and prison take oaths to uphold the constitution. Yet they commit fraud against us, We the People! And it’s on a massive scale. Well, they can earn $6,000,000+ off of 99 cases/convictions. The prisons themselves cannot compete. The prisons are to hold us in the debtor prisons until our sentence/contract is up. The longer our imprisonment the longer they can trade and barter with our Trust Fund/Estates/C.U.S.I.P numbers, earning interest! They assign us so-called “Opus” numbers. They’re really serial numbers. They’ll tell you themselves that we are the “State’s Property”! The courts are a business/company and we are the product they manufacture then deliver to the sally “port” in a prison! They ship us to the port where they dock and deliver us; the goods. 5 And American society has no clue. They’re easy prey for the predators. They aren’t taught the law in school - naturally. Hell, it’s a government ran school! They don’t want to screw their business. So we’re left ignorant then told that “ignorance of the law is no excuse”. This way every generation is more sheep to the slaughter! Some people don’t want to hear what I’m saying. They don’t care about this subject. But do they care about their kids, nieces and nephews? Do they want them to be “ignorant of the law” and easy prey? People need to wake up and see that we live in an authoritarian/totalitarian state. Everywhere you go, roadblocks, police stops, to the airport, the store, banks, etc. they say, “Can I see your papers, comrade?” There are cameras and drones surveilling and watching our every move. The NSA is tapping our phones. They monitor everything on the internet where ignorant Americans put out their business for all to see. The CIA created the internet. It is a police state. They create an illusion of freedom. They send young Americans to fight in foreign countries and tell them that they’re 6 fighting for freedom, when they’re really fighting for a corporation to enrich it with the spoils of war, oil, etc. Freedom. Really. In a country with the most prisoners in the world. Talk about ignorance - people believe this shit. I believed it when I was younger. Ignorance is not stupidity. It is just not ever being taught something. A baby is ignorant until s/he learns. They leave us to learn on our own. By the time we learn it’s too late. People need to learn and teach their kids before they become the next victims. Padleford, Fay and Co. vs. The Mayor and Alderman of the City of Savannah, 14 Ga 438, 433-520 (1854), “But, indeed, no private person has a right to complain, by suit in court, on the ground of a breach of the constitution. The Constitution, it is true, is a compact [contract], but he is not a party to it. The States are the parties to it.”!!! That is a real case law. Look it up. That’s why we’re guilty until proven innocent. It’s why we have privileges – not rights. “No action can be taken against a sovereign in the non-constitutional courts of either the United States or the State courts and any such action is considered the crime of Barratry.
